Forms of Ownership: (circle one)

• Single Family Home: traditional lot with one home on it for one family
• Condominium: unit within a building where each owner holds title to the unit and some portion of the common property
• Co-operative: a company or trust holds title to the property and grants occupancy rights to shareholder tenants

Home Types: here are a few of the more common home types: (circle the ones you like)

• Ranch: single level home, usually without a basement
• Bungalow: smaller home, sometimes with attic & basement
• American Foursquare or Traditional: square 2 level box, sometimes with basement
• Split-level or Raised Ranch: usually a square home with the entry between 2 levels (you go up a few steps for upper level and down a few for the lower, which often opens into the backyard)
