Get property information when you need it with our FASTWeb on-line property information services. Whether you work late at night or on weekends, this premiere service can get you the information you need 24hrs a day. This customer based service provides: Property Profiles, Electronic Title and Escrow Ordering and other services which include Credit Reports, Flood Data and Appraisal (some of these services must be subscribed to). These reports must be requested in writing (fees associated)

  • Variance Report – For permit use or for application for liquor license. Includes 3 sets of labels, maps and includes First American Title Guarantee.
  • Lot Book Report – Includes vested owner, legal description, open deeds of trust and map.
  • Judgment Lien Report – Includes federal, state and county liens and abstracts of judgment.
  • Mechanics Lien Report – Includes mechanic liens, notice of completion, notice of action,
    notice of non-disturbance and notice of non-responsibility.
  • Record Owner Guarantee – Identifies vested owner of the property.
  • Chain of Title – Includes all deeds from a certain date to the present and includes First American Title Guarantee.
